Gutters. Drains. Silicone. Hot water. The maintenance prompts land with your client on schedule. Anything they raise is logged through the app with a date against it.

Questions builders ask.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once for the number of projects you need. There are no annual fees, and the projects you buy don't expire.
Does it replace my project management or defect software?
No. Handover+ covers handover and everything after it, and sits alongside what you already run.
When should I set a project up?
At any stage, but earlier is better. Set it up at the start and add documents, product details, photos and warranties as the build goes. By handover it's already organised.
When do I invite my client?
About seven days before handover, so they have time to download the app, set up their account and read what you've provided.
Can anything be changed after handover?
No. Once handover is signed off, that record is locked and can't be altered or deleted. The project stays live for maintenance and issue reporting.
Does it protect me?
It gives you a clear record of what was provided, what your client reviewed and what they acknowledged, plus a dated log of anything raised after handover. It doesn't replace your building contract, your statutory obligations, warranties or professional advice.
